It is needed to support not only internla-db as binary-storage.
We have two options more:
1. swift-internal
2. swift-external

For each of this option dirrerent set of data is needed to get from user:
for swift-internal we need user and password. For swift-external we need auth-token

This bug affects Savanna and Savanna-dashboard
