This is a real issue, yes.

This is not an issue if we _require_ all online medias to be added,
and remove the option to "add updates media only"

This is the real important point right now for the already released distro.
Let's do the linking thing for Mageia 1, in order to get it fixed _fast_ in a way we know works.

Progress means re-evaluting decisions made earlier to see if things have changed / can be changed. Status quo is not always the best (or worst) option.

The point now is that pretty much every user have full medias added anyway,
so we really should take advantage of that.

But the hdlists/synthesis/metadata issue needs to be reviewed/fixed/optimized.
