Additional functionality available in db-5.3.15 has been
examined as well as debugging sewage.

Except for the DB_CONFIG whitespace issue (which can NOT
be solved by patching external db-5.3.15 in RPM, can only
be fixed "portably" by conforming to what is distributed by
Oracle and adjusting DB_CONFIG to newer/stricter parsing),
the port is done.
