Using --with-neon=internal needs additional build options
supplied. These are what was used on ubuntu 10.10 (directly
listed in devtool.conf):
        --without-libproxy \
        --with-expat \
You will also need to either disable kerberos or supply the path
to the library that contains gssapi.
