Good: V4 RSA plaintext hash is now generated correctly, V3 double checked
no regression too.

Last fix is to figger why RSA on *.rpm is generating BAD, the RSA algorithms/plaintext/fingerprints
are all already verified for beecrypt/NSS/gcrypt/openssl.

All @rpm5.org, @rpm.org rpm-4.4.6 is similarly b0rken (by inspection, unchecked).
