Description of problem:
A lot of Django based packages including Django itself don't install their locale files in the standard location /usr/share/locale/ which leads to problems like the one described in bug #584866. The find-lang.sh script from the master branch[1] fixes this problem, so it would be nice to backport it to the 4.8.x branch/version.
