Default Rhythmbox takes me straight to Ubuntu One Store and tells me that MP3 Plugins are not installed

Bug Description
When I run Rhythmbox for the first time on Maverick, it takes me straight to the Ubuntu One music store and also notifies me that I need to install MP3 codecs.
Please don't turn Ubuntu into adware :)

Yes, we do this the first time to make users aware of the music store. After that, we don't do it anymore
