Showing the music store on first Rhythmbox run actually shows mp3 plugin install page

Bug Description

Showing the music store by default in Rhythmbox is not useful in a brand new lucid install because what it actually shows is the "install mp3 plugins" screen. Fixing this is hard, because the music store insists on having mp3 plugins available so that previews work.

Maybe we could install the MP3 plugins the first time we go to a page with previews?

This does not happen on precise. On precise, Ubuntu One is not the first screen. And when you go to Ubuntu One, the store is shown, and just a ribbon saying that mp3 plugin should be installed.
I agree that the lucid screen is ugly. Attaching screenshot.
