@Daniel: Why hover? Looks nice, but IMHO decreases usability. :-)
@Johannes: I really like p5, though I'm confused of the capitalization. 'Instant Review' (both upper-case) vs. 'single Reviewer' (lower+upper case? I'd also prefer 'Start new instant review' instead of 'Create'.
