@Jean-Louis Dupond - you mention the following "After the last upload to my PPA some weeks ago. Nobody seems to have reported any crash anymore :)". How do people report crashes to you? Apport does not file crash reports about packages from PPAs and additionally it is disabled in Precise.
I also don't feel like Chris comments (#82 and #83) were adequately addressed.
