I get the same error:

$ gtk-redshift

Started Geoclue provider `Geoclue Master'.
Użycie dostawcy `geoclue'.
Could not get location: Geoclue master client has no usable Position providers.
Nie udało się uzyskać lokalizacji od dostawcy.
