Bug Description

In my work journal, I make extensive use of multiple word tags. Each tag consists of the request number followed by the task title.

The word cloud translates these tags substituting underscores for spaces, and is able to find them without any problem

Typing in the search box doesn't work for these tags because the target tag is generated by compressing out the spaces. Search as you type performance was one of RedNotebook's strengths , and I'd like to see it working again, as it did in earlier versions.

Could you please give a concrete example?

This example occurs in RedNotebook Portable version 1.7.1. I know that 1.7.2 is the most current regular version, but I use the PortableApps version, and that's the most current.

Here's an example
These three tags, along with others, appear in my Work journal:

Cash Balance
CRCB
Customer Biling

That's how they appear in the Tags area.
In the Tags Word Cloud they appear as

cash_balance
crcb
customer_billing

Selection from the word cloud works fine

If I begin a tag search by typing #c in the search box, I get a drop down list that shows

#cashbalance
#crcb
#customerbilling

#crcb is the only one that be selected and produce results.

This issue will probably go away once we remove the right tag panel and put its functionality into the main text area. #tags and sub-#tags will then replace tags and subtags. There are lots of open questions for the transition though so it will take a while.
