Japanese character under windows doesn't work as well

I installed the latest version 1.7.1 under Ubuntu (KDE) and Windows 7. I share the my files over a cloud. Both computer use the same directory with the same files.

If I create a Japanese Text, as example "テレ会議" and save the file, you don't have a good preview from the content and you are not able to edit the content.

But as I share the same file, I can open without any issues under Linux. I have the issue with the Windows computer only.

Is this maybe the same bug as in https://bugs.launchpad.net/rednotebook/+bug/962199 or https://bugs.launchpad.net/rednotebook/+bug/1027357 ?

Yes, maybe the same issue with the font. But does I have a option to select the font type? Maybe not. I can not really testing.
