Comment 2 for bug 1743199

I removed the package and the error is gone. But I cannot install the package again:

sudo apt-get remove python3-scrollphathd
> everything fine

sudo apt-get install python3-scrollphathd
/var/cache/apt/archives/python3-scrollphathd_1.1.0_all.deb
