I would like to revive this request (for a script feature) if possible. My use case would be to run a script on each imported picture, to set the picture's title (probably the job code) and caption (asked/defaulted for each picture) using exiftool to set specific IPTC keywords (for Flickr compatibility, etc...). There are many other use cases for such a feature.

I would imagine the script could be specified via RPD Photo Folders preferences, after the Dowload Subfolders section. The "Script" entry would take a required parameter -the path to the script- and an optional format string of parameters to pass to the script, e.g., %F %J would pass the full filename and the Job Code. %F %C %I "some text" would pass the filename, camera model, ISO and the string "some text" as parameters to the script. etc...
