It will eventually. I need to wait for user interface translations from volunteer translators before making an official release of 0.9.27. Then Fedora needs to package it and test it. How quickly that happens depends on how important they think that is compared to all their other responsibilities. It's a big distro with a lot happening.

Generally speaking, Fedora is absolute cutting edge so if you install the latest, brand new Fedora, expect things to break sometimes.
