Ok thanks for the info. Unless the credentials getting passed are wrong, I cannot see anything wrong with this. Can you double check the credentials are correct? Also check which version of keystoneclient you're using and compare with Rally's.

This obviously passes the gate in Rally and is the recommended way to construct clients now.
