One addition: I think there could be a problem with the relative path in splitMap. In my case "ant" says that it could not find the "${builddir}/splitter/trunk/dist/splitter.jar". I have changed it in my case to "${basedir}/${builddir}/splitter/trunk/dist/splitter.jar".
