these two screenshot are for same operator on same day.
Sometimes there is even bigger problem. In call and call_atempt tables are inserted wrong values.
E.g. Call start is yesterday at 19:45 and call end is today at 13:26. So it looks like operator is on call whole night and half of day. In that situation I have to find that call in asterisk database look for real start and end time and update call and call_attempt tables.
