Thank you for reporting the issue.

At the moment, the QR code can indeed not be scaled in the UI, however, you can export it (save, print, drag'n'drop) as a png file. The image in this file is large enough to scan.

Note also, that the scanner resolution (normally a phone camera) might be the limiting factor.

We will keep this issue in mind for our future development.
