Nowhere to be found but offen requested:

Printing a pdf with a footer or header giving the file name and location and the time of printing,
just like you know it from printing a webpage with an internet browser.

So, the print job would consist of two things:

1st the header/footer and
2nd the pdf page itself within the remaining space.

I believe, it *should* be part of the printing driver to offer the option
to print these header/footer information for *any* file including pdf
without any modification to the file itself.

Maybe the qpdf developers can find a way to outsmart the printing drivers lacking this feature.

Until then, I'll paste the file path manually into an annotation field and print without saving the file.

Anyway, thanks for this seemingly simplistic but very powerful program.
