I started implementing this. But it will not land in 0.3.5 will brings enough issues to test for with it, i.e. SyncTeX integration.

Nevertheless you can check out the initial implementation in the Bazaar branch "lp:~adamreichold/qpdfview/multiplepages" which adds a "multiple pages" layout mode. The number of pages per row can be set in the settings dialogue on the "Graphics" tab. Please test this extensively. Thanks.
