Since this will hardly see any testing outside of trunk, I decided to merge this rudimentary support and interpret this bug as covering only this level of support and hence targeting the next milestone.

The unicode issue will have to be solved upstream. Additional features like form flattening and XFDF support should get additional wishlist bugs.
