Same here. The "workaround" does not work on a DroboFS, since it was actually the default setting all along.

root@DroboFS:~# cat /proc/cpu/alignment

root@DroboFS:~# uname -a

Tested qemu 0.14.0, but I can give 0.14.1 a try as well, if necessary.
