Capslock turning on:

kbd_put_keycode(0xba)

capslock turning off:

keycode = 0x3a
kbd_put_keycode(0x3a)
kbd_put_keycode(0xba)

Unlike other keys, everything gets dumped at once at keydown - nothing
new is generated at keyup.
