Comment 4 for bug 1894804

hum i was hoping to indicate this affect focal in some what but not sure how to do that but this issue
happens with the ubunutu 20.04 version of qemu 4.2
it does not seam to happen with the centos 8 build of the same qemu so i dont know if there is a delta in packages or if its just a case that in the openstack ci we have more testing based on ubuntu 20.04 and its appearing there more as a result.
