njs-s390 also works on the host:

$ ./njs-s390 -c 'console.log("hello")'
hello

$ file njs-s390
njs-s390: ELF 64-bit MSB executable, IBM S/390, version 1 (GNU/Linux), statically linked, BuildID[sha1]=e37618578fb0a8c60f426826167a800e4f314ef3, for GNU/Linux 3.2.0, with debug_info, not stripped
