Comment 15 for bug 1354167

I've got the same problem again while release-upgrading to 14.04.2 but this time I was careful to shutdown vm's and disable autostart prior to release-upgrade to prevent anything happening in background. Nevertheless after the upgrade one vm is not starting.
I'll repeat the procedure about converting the image and report the result.
