thx for the patience, i am currently very busy, therefore this took a bit longer than it was planed:

- using a non hardened kernel (gentoo-sources-3.3.8) does not resolve the issue

therefore i need to use the serial console, which is somewhat new to me. i will do this as soon as i find some time. i am still on it ;)
