Sorry, I can't see your operation. Please give me further information.

1. How did you delete a file ?
    From context menu of TortoiseBzr "Delete(keep local)" ? Or simply deleted from explorer ? Or other ways ?

2. Please give me screen shots of commit dialog, before and after executing.
