It seems silly to me to have code that can decide weather to use bzrlib.builtins.tree_files of WorkingTree.open_containing_paths. So lets ignore this for 0.20 and in then next version of qbzr (0.21?) we switch to using WorkingTree.open_containing_paths, and bump the min bzr version to 2.3.
