Reproduce:

1. Create a new folder using Explorer-right-click "Bazaar Init..." command
2. Don't change any of the default values
3. Click OK button
4. Get following output in "console panel" at bottom of dialog:
Run command: bzr init --format= C:\Temp\Nymapp
bzr: ERROR: Bad value "" for option "format".

Workaround: Change the Repository Format combo box to "2a".
