If I look at the packaging of PyQt5_sip-12.11.0.tar.gz (used py py-Qt5), there is a

${PYSITELIB}/PyQt5/sip.so

so maybe that's the one that's wanted by qbrz; but it would need to be imported as PyQt5.sip instead, I expect.
