[wishlist] Forced seeding and forced superseeding.

Forced seeding plus forced super seeding, useful for private trackers so i do not loose the connection to the tracker so they will not think i hit and runned if there are no other connected to me. Also useful if you upload a torrent yourself, so the tracker keeps on seeing a seed.

Forced seeding should overrule the share ratio limit. I configured it to stop uploading as soon as the file is complete (share ratio 0.0 and then pause), but now and then I want to keep seeding, but forcing superseed is overruled by the share ratio limit and the seed is paused immediately.

Is this similar to a "seed-only" mode for incomplete torrents. If not, I'll file my own request. If so, I really hope this gets implemented. :)
