[Feature Request] Seed-Only

uTorrent's scheduler had a method of enabling "seed-only" for all torrents. This method was a flimsy solution, but was nevertheless helpful--especially when using private trackers where seeding is highly valued.

I propose each torrent have a "seed-only" binary attribute with states: "Seed-Only" and "Default to Global". I know this can (sort of) be accomplished with multi-file individual torrents by disabling unobtained files, but this does not address single-file torrents in which parts have been completed, nor does it provide a way to tell the entire client to seed-only.

Finally, it would be great if the attribute could be settable across an entire label/group at once.
