Also have the same issue with XP SP2 qBittorrent 2.6.3
qBittorrent will open and run for a while then crash, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
This is the error code from XP

Tried the M$ patch but its still the same giving the same error

I've gone back to version 2.5.2 of qBittorrent and not had the problem

I went back to version 2.6.3 and it crashes, ive attached a dump file TXT. Not sure if this is going to help debug the issue or whether ive got issues my end?

deleted the 'Fastresume files' - It will recheck all the torrents

Now running 2.6.3 for the last few hours having rebooted a few times and ive not had any crashes

Установил qBittorrent v.2.6.3 и http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/ru-ru/details.aspx?FamilyID=a5c84275-3b97-4ab7-a40d-3802b2af5fc2
Ошибка не появляется, надеюсь это решило проблему. Спасибо за помощь. Жаль что у такой замечательной программы нет форума.

Its seems this is only a temporary fix - when i came home this evening the error came back after leaving qBittorrent running since last night.

Just deleted those files again, and its not crashed. Its more stable than it was but somethings not right

Think ive finally resolved the issue

even though i had uninstalled 2.6.3 it still left files on the system so I went and manually deleted the following files

C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\qBittorrent - there are 2 .ini files in this folder

also

C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local Settings\Application Data\qBittorrent - there are 4 folders in here to be deleted with various files in them that get left behind

Lastly i downloaded ccleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) installed and ran this. I deleted several registry keys that qBittorrent left behind.

rebooted and reinstalled 2.6.3. I haven't had any crashes in the last 30-40 hours uptime :D
