I wouldn't agree with your belief that nobody want uTorrent style scheduler. This was the only cause I could not migrate to qBittorrent during several months. I know the people that has time limited access to internet and definitely need this thing. I would like to vote strongly for this feature.
And of course if qBittorrent will get option that allows me to stop, start, assign the priority, cut the bandwidth _using command line_ of course this would be completely enough, at least if I (all of us really =) ) won't say something about usability of this way.
