we now have --os-endpoint-type opiton.

  --os-endpoint-type <os-endpoint-type>
                        Defaults to env[OS_ENDPOINT_TYPE] or public.

I am not sure we need --bypass-url.
I mark it as Incomplete. If you still needs --bypass-url or think it is useful, change the status to New again.
