Urgh, no the issue is not related to non ascii character in launchpadname. It's even not in Quickly but in python-distutils-extra.

More info in the issue:
cd . && python setup.py install --root=/home/didrocks/Projets/san box/ubuntulucidwar/debian/ubuntulucidwar/ \
  --install-purelib=/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/ --prefix=/usr --no-compile -O0
invalid command name 'box/ubuntulucidwar/debian/ubuntulucidwar/'

-> --root shoul use ''
