Comment 4 for bug 1587173

Hi you are totally right. I didn't have consistent debugLevel parameter set in both environments and my logs were not complete (due to the grep filter), sorry for that.

Here now are the complete logs from both systems:

+ Production:

see attached "logs_production.txt"

+ Testing:

see attached "logs_testing.txt"

As you can see, in Production the policy is not getting started. But from day logs we see that for random incoming emails it does start...
