Let me know if you want to get the Python 2.3 Windows buildbot in shape. I think that the problem lies in the Visual Studio
version mismatch, Python 2.3 was compiled with Visual Studio 6.0. Switching to the MinGW compiler should work if the
buildbot has slproweb.com's OpenSSL installed.
