However, could we please go ahead and build pyOpenSSL binaries for Windows so that the next release of Tahoe (which will be called tahoe-lafs-1.3.0), will be installable on Windows?

I would be willing to do some more work to make this happen, such as perhaps writing a buildbot config script to build binaries and upload them to pypi whenever a bzr commit happens.

I would even (ick) be willing to *manually* build a binary and upload it to pypi, at least this one last time (because hopefully in the future such icky manual labor will be automated).
