ConctactCapability is still a DRAFT. So for now I suggest you to display contact which are on a CM supporting 1-1 D-Bus tube. You can check that by inspecting http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.Interface.Requests.html#org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.Interface.Requests.RequestableChannelClasses
