Comment 5 for bug 991959

A ref to what I believe is a bug report on VirtualBox: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/5720. Also a note: some people say this can be caused by old versions of the guest additions software (i.e. when upgrading VMs from older versions of VirtualBox).

Anyhow, hopefully this weekend I'll be able to investigate this further. However, if it turns out that PyGL3Display is doing everything it can to determine proper texture size and VirtualBox is giving improper results to these calls, this will probably be marked as a WONTFIX.

Well, that or perhaps a configurable option somewhere that might be able to work around the problem...
