Bug Description
xfce panel asks you to import previous settings -
on first run after install xfce presents you with 3 options - if you dont choose "migrate previous settings" (or somthing like that) then you dont get the pureydyne look and feel panel in xfce

Yep, confirmed here too. When you accept that option, the files created are
.config/ xfce4/panel/ launcher- 4 xfce4/panel/ launcher- 6 xfce4/xfconf/ xfce-perchannel -xml/xfce4- panel.xml
