Yep, confirmed here too. When you accept that option, the files created are

.config/xfce4/panel/launcher-4
.config/xfce4/panel/launcher-6
.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml

I'll try adding those to the brew.
