Bug Description

Currently Postorious is only available in English. While we can wait a bit until more of the English interface is written before starting in on translations, we do need to look a bit at what sort of translation frameworks are available and make a decision about how translations should be made, etc.

As for the code, we need to make sure all messages/phrases/menu items are using gettext, either by using "_" (.py-files) or trans/blocktrans (templates). There are still some occurances where neither of them is used...
