More friendly first-run experience

For it's first run (no accounts set up) Postler should show a nice welcome screen instead of the normal split panes. I've attached a mockup of what I imagine it would look like.

Since Postler uses a webkit view, I've created an html/css/jquery page that mimics my design. If anyone wants to try hooking up that'd be lovely :D

I am not too fond of using something like DHTML and jQuery unless there is a more fundamental advantage. The mockup doesn't exercises anything particularly hard to put in code.

I would suggest to re-use the account dialogue but change it so it can be embedded inside the window. It is already close the mockup I think. And it would probably best if both look the same.

I refactored the account setup last night so it can be embedded in the main window. It now shows up centered inside the main window with a title and a button around it, much like in the mockup. You can see it only if there are no accounts configured, so you need to backup and empty accountrc for testing.

Dan, please give it a try. The background colour should probably be adjusted in the theme if we want it to be white. It is currently gray.
Also note there are no hinted entries yet, I need to write a class.

Christian, it looks very nice :) Do you think maybe we should hide the sidebar since it doesn't show anything useful? Also, the new mail button should probably be insensitive ;)

As far as style, I think it's okay to leave it grey like Dexter. But, could we get an extra line in between the title and the form? It looks a little crammed. If possible, I think I'd also like the labels to be right aligned against the fields and be followed by a colon. And of course, like you said, the hints ;)

The sensitivity of New Message is fixed, it is insensitive if there's no account or all accounts are removed, same as Receive Mail.

The panebox, ie what contains the folders, is now hidden while the welcome is visible.

Colons, alignment and extra space are fixed as well now.
