oh. i'm sorry, seems the --caplookup needs to be enchanced instead to search filelist, not caplists.

the --sn='*-debuginfo' itself works:
# poldek --sn='*-debuginfo' --up -u --caplookup /usr/lib/debug/.build-id/89/4ea1f250416c2d4a1216158a71e21902bbc78b.debug
