Comment 1 for bug 1431208

I am not sure how to proceed here since we replaced the slider in the bottom edge with a progress indicator as shown in http://imgur.com/ZNre70i&99UG5p3#0. This was merged to trunk a few days ago at https://code.launchpad.net/~nik90/podbird/0-clean-bottom-bar/+merge/251533.

As you pointed out, the slider was too small to be of any use which is why I chose to take note of what the music app does in this regard and just show a progress indicator.
